記得有一次下課，我找他去玩。我發現他正全神貫注地看著書，手裡的筆“刷刷”的揮動著，算著一道道數學題。我在他旁邊一聲不吭的站著。忽然只見他的筆停住了，皺起眉頭嘴裡小聲的念著：“這道題該怎么算呢?”我見他百思不得其解的樣子，便把腦袋湊過去，看看是什麼難住了他。我看了之後，才知道他被一道套用題給難住了。我就和他討論起來。上課鈴響了，我們還沒得到一個完整的答案。我於是勸他放棄，他不願意，反駁我道：“這隻差一點就成功了，我一定要把他算出來。”我回到座位上準備上課。下課了，只見他一溜煙的跑上講台，和老師轟轟烈烈地不知道在談些什麼。我便上去湊熱鬧。原來，他在和老師討論那道題。最後，老師給了他一個正確的答案，並給了他做了詳細的解釋。他那種堅持不懈的精神使我受益匪淺。我在一旁暗暗地為他豎起大拇指。
他不止堅持不懈的精神值得我學習，他那種不服輸的精神也值得我學習。
