It was sunny and hot today。 I got up early at half past six。 I read English and then had breakfast。 I helped my mother washed the dishes。 Then I did my homework and cleaned my room。 I went shopping with my mother in the afternoon。 Then I played table tennis with my friends。 In the evening I watched TV and read a book。 I really had a busy and interesting day。

今天下午，黃校長聚集了我們和南通師範的實習生開了一個小型會議。雖說主題只是圍繞如何製作好一份兒簡報，但我真的很受益匪淺，至少說我以前在這方面的知識是空白的。
黃校長圍繞我們的見實習，提出了他自己的建議。如樟園印跡、校園觀察行等版塊，並一一為我們闡述了他的設計理念。這讓我意識到，簡報的設計原來是如此的有學問。
另外，黃校長還用七句話給我們總結了出簡報的準則。我在此特作摘抄，留作學習。刊頭設計形成系列，統籌組稿適時裝滿，擬定標題變換字型，控制字數及時增減，統一版式疏密有致，圖文並茂以文為主，書面校對複製有方等。
總之，出好一份簡報是一門學問，而且還是門大學問。
更重要的是，從出簡報這種說小不小、說大不大的事情看出。要做好教育這項事業，要修的學問有很多很多，而且還要修好他們。就說簡報，需要你的設計觀、你的統籌觀、你的組織觀，你的文學造詣等等。更直接一點兒，你對現代信息技術基本能力的掌握，都起著舉足輕重的作用。
我明白了，當好一名教師，不需要你是一名專才，而需要你成為一名全才。以後，要努力的方向多了。

Spring Festival is the most important festival in China .It’s to celebrate the lunar calendar ‘s new year .In the evening before the Spring Festival ,families get together and have a big meal .In many places people like to set off firecrackers .Dumplings are the most traditional food .Children like the festival very much ,because they can have delicious food and wear new clothes .
They can also get some money from their parents. This money is given to children for good luck . People put New Year scrolls on the wall for good fortune . The Spring Festival lasts about 15 days long .People visit relatives and friends with the words “Have all your wishes ”. People enjoy the Spring Festival ,during this time they can have a good rest .
結語：每逢過年，我們一定會聚在大伯父家中唱唱跳跳，直到三更半夜，聲音依舊響徹雲宵。最後再吃一頓金錢也買不到的大餐。雖然不貴，但其中卻有著無窮的希望和快樂，令大家吃得津津有味。
