在這個寒假裡，令我最快樂的事是正月十五鬧元宵。這天，我們全家人早早吃完晚飯，準備送年。六點剛過，哥哥、姐姐就點燃早已準備好的火把，在每個屋子裡轉了一圈送下了樓，一家人緊跟在後面來到院子裡。左鄰右舍也都陸陸續續把火把送了出來，大家一起在院子裡歡快地跳起了火堆。四面漸漸傳來此起彼伏的爆竹聲，天空中不時閃爍著五彩繽紛的禮花。
跳完火堆，我們隨著人流走向大街，一路看花炮，一路放花炮。來到一處比較空曠的地方，我迫不及待地拿出許願燈，小心翼翼地打開，先把它吹鼓，然後讓爸爸、媽媽幫著提住上面，我動作麻利地系好固體燃料，拿著打火機點了起來，不一會兒燃料慢慢地燃著了。媽媽說：“先別急，等一會兒再放。”我們輕輕地扶著許願燈等了一會兒，許願燈開始慢慢上升，我們不約而同地丟開許願燈，合起雙手許下了自己的心愿。
望著慢慢上升的許願燈，漸漸地離我們遠去，閃閃爍爍的光芒好像天空中的小星星，對著我們眨眼睛，好像在說：我一定會實現你們的願望!
