星期天你會幹什麼？你會回答：一是睡懶覺，二是玩。但是，你父母的行動和語言教育了你。假如你父親或母親是一位工程師或醫生。他們有工程或病人在等待他們去處理，所以一大早就有人來電話叫他們去，電話打攪了你的睡覺。你發牢騷，而你母親或父親的一番話，使你深受啟發。於是你也早早起來做功課或幫著父母幹家務活了。

A Sunday
It was Sunday. I had hoped to sleep later. But at about five o'clock in the morning I was woken up by the telephone. The call was from the hospital. There was something wrong with a patient. On hearing this, Father put on his clothes quickly and set out without delay. I said,“It must be another busy day. A doctor's work is too hard.”Mother patted me on the head and said with a smile,“Everything in the world is hard. You must work hard, too.”I nodded.
After breakfast I went to school, though it was Sunday. Some of my classmates were not there. Perhaps they wanted to relax and have a good time. But we are facing a great challenge----the college entrance examinations. We must work harder than ever.
