雖然我的觀念是：人需要不斷的發展、進步、完善。我也一直在努力改變，變得適應環境，以便更好的發揮自己的作用。但是我覺得自己一直沒什麼突破，考慮了很久，確定了需要變換環境來磨礪。
公司業務部近期人員變動較大，因此交接工作可能需要一個時期。我希望在10/24左右完成工作交接。這個時間也許比較緊，如果實施上有太多困難，我同意適當延遲一周。但是我還是希望副理理解，現臨近年底，如果能給予我支配更多的時間來找工作我將感激不盡!
我希望在我提交這份辭程的時候，在未離開崗位之前，是我的工作請主管儘管分配，我一定會儘自己的職，做好應該做的事。另外，希望主管不要挽留我，其實，離開是很捨不得，原因自不用說明。但是既已決定，挽留會讓我最終離開的時候更為難。謝謝!最後，希望公司的業績一如既往一路飆升!主管及各位同仁工作順利!
