契約貨款應由買方通過賣方可接受的銀行，按契約總價開出以賣方為受益人的、無追索權、保兌、不可撤銷、可轉讓、可分批裝運、可轉船的信用證支付。憑________即其期匯票在提示第10條所列裝運單據時付款。該信用證最遲應於裝運期開始前________天開到賣方，而且在裝運期結束後15天內仍能在中國有效議付。
若買方未能履行上述義務，根據賣方的選擇，可終止本契約，或接受本契約的部分或全部，或就由此而發生的任何損失提出索賠。
