第3天,我們學習了林燕玲講師的《英語語音技能訓練(歌謠)》課程。林講師是英語教育碩士研究生,曾擔任英語視聽說、綜合英語等多門大學課程的教學工作,曾在美國etbu大學進行過漢語語言與文化課程教學及文化交流工作。她教我們將平時教學中枯燥乏味的單詞、句子設計成歌詞,再配以動聽的歌譜,製作成音樂,創編成朗朗上口的兒歌,幫助小學生們簡單快樂地學習英語。在她的課堂中,我們親身體會到原來每一詞每一句都可以成為動聽的歌曲。
第4天是我們跟崗研習的時間,我們小組被按排到端州區第十六國小聽課、交流學習。十六小位於市中心,學校面積比較小,但校園布置整潔大方,書香味極濃。我們首先在黎彩萍校長的帶領下參觀了學校的文化長廊,然後在電教室等待聽課的過程中,黎校長又向我們詳細介紹了他們學校的辦學理念、學校特色、學校歷史及學校發展藍圖。其中有許多非常優秀的經驗很值得我們借鑑與學習。例如,十六小對學生的培訓與發展是跟蹤式的,而且是終身式的,並不單單是國小義務教育這6年,他們時刻關注著從國小畢業出去的學生的發展情況,將取得傑出成就的學生樹立為在校學生學習的榜樣,以此教育學生持之以恆地學習、發展。如,在文化長廊中就展示了1993年從十六小畢業的學生戴晶晶,曾復耶魯大學研修,現任中國科學院研究員。再有,十六小的學生“美德銀行存摺”的德育活動也十分有創意。他們學校為每位學生設計一個小本本,將學期中所做的好人好事登記下來,並以積分積累,稱之“美德銀行存摺”,期末學校就憑“存摺”中的積分跟學校對換榮譽與獎品。以此活動來長期幫助學生形成良好美德及健康的生活習慣。
