好吧, 又是一個三遍的問題! 所以大家在離職後找工作的時候, 這個問題自己心裡一定要有底, 基本上是逃不掉的吧.
我的回答就是為了職業發展的規劃而離職的. 具體原因可參見第一部分"離職原因"的分析.
這裡還有一點要提的是, 回答這個問題的時候, 面試官會可能會追問你為什麼上一家公司和你的職業發展不符合, 而SAP公司為什麼又會符合的我的職業規劃的?
因為我的長久計畫是想成為IT諮詢師, 與之前公司的發展不一致, 所以想find the right way and get on the right bus.
問題三: 為什麼要來SAP? 為什麼不去IBM, HP等等其它做IT諮詢的公司?
呃...我倒是想去, 可人家得也得要我才行呀!
呵...當然不能這么說啦. 不過這個問題我還真沒想過, 頓時有點手忙腳亂了. 後面才看出來, 他給我下了個套, 壞人呢!
我就說SAP在ERP的IT諮詢方面是世界的`老大, IT諮詢非常之成熟. 與我的長遠目標那真是契合的不得了呀, 當然要選SAP啦.

更何況就我現在的資歷, 直接出去做conslutant, 沒有相關的工作背景, 且沒有任何的domain背景, 估計也沒人會理我的.
所以我是做了長期的打算, 想靜下心來, 從一個開發人員做起, 逐步了解公司的產品, 進而了解產品所屬的domain, 從而最終邁向諮詢師的道路.
這條路走下去可能至少需要五年或十年的時間才能入門吧, 我已經做了心理準備.

Good morning, my name is jack, it is really a great honor to have this opportunity for a interview, i would like to answer whatever you may raise, and i hope i can make a good performance today, eventually enroll in this prestigious university in september. now i will introduce myself briefly,i am 21 years old,born in heilongjiang province ,northeast of china,and i am curruently a senior student at beijing uni.my major is packaging engineering.and i will receive my bachelor degree after my graduation in june.in the past 4 years,i spend most of my time on study,i have passed CET4/6 with an ease. and i have acquired basic knowledge of packaging and publishing both in theory and in practice. besides, i have attend several packaging exhibition hold in Beijing, this is our advantage study here, i have taken a tour to some big factory and company. through these i have a deeply understanding of domestic packaging industry. compared to developed countries such as us, unfortunately, although we have made extraordinary progress since 1978,our packaging industry are still underdeveloped, mess, unstable, the situation of employees in this field are awkard. but i have full confidence in a bright future if only our economy can keep the growth pace still. i guess you maybe interested in the reason itch to law, and what is my plan during graduate study life, i would like to tell you that pursue law is one of my lifelong goal,i like my major packaging and i won't give up,if i can pursue my master degree here i will combine law with my former education. i will work hard in thesefields ,patent ,trademark, copyright, on the base of my years study in department of p&p, my character?
