If the bread is placed in front of you, feel free to pick up the basket and offer it to the person on your right.

不僅僅是在法國,在其他西方國家,麵包同樣是必不可少的食物。
麵包一般在喝湯或吃頭盤菜時食用。估計很多人都認為麵包是西餐中最容易搞定的一種食物——但事實上,西方人吃麵包也是有很多講究的喔:
千萬不要直接用嘴去咬麵包,這會讓別人懷疑你的教養程度。麵包的正確吃法是:先用雙手把麵包撕成小塊,再用左手拿來吃。記住,絕不能用叉子來吃麵包。
吃硬麵包時,用手撕不但費力,而且會導致麵包屑亂飛,此時可用刀先把麵包切成兩半,再用手撕成塊來吃。
不要像用鋸子似的切麵包,正確的切法是:用叉子將麵包固定住,然後把刀刺入麵包的中央部分,先將正對自己的那部分切開,再將麵包轉過來切開另一半。
如果要抹黃油,要注意這樣兩個問題:不要把黃油直接放入口中;不要用麵包去蘸黃油,而要用黃油來抹麵包。
吃麵包時切記不要用麵包去蘸盤子裡的湯。

材料
土豆3個,培根2片,黃油10克,大蒜4~6瓣,鹽和胡椒碎適量,馬蘇乳酪和紅波乳酪適量
做法
1首先將土豆削皮切厚塊煮熟.
2壓成土豆泥後加鹽和胡椒碎調味.
3培根和大蒜用黃油煎香,把培根切成小塊.
4把培根和大蒜加入進土豆泥里拌勻.
5用小勺勻成球排放在烤盤上,然後撒上乳酪絲.
6190度,約18~20分鐘左右即可.
小訣竅
土豆一定要壓成泥,鹽儘量少放,因為培根已經有味道了!
