一段短短的自我介紹，其實是為了揭開更深入的面談而設的。
一分鐘的自我介紹，猶如商品廣告，在短短六十秒內，針對“客戶”的需要，將自己最美好的一面，毫無保留地表現出來，不但要令對方留下深刻的印像，還要即時引發起“購買慾”。
自我認識
想一矢中的，首先必須知道你能帶給公司什麼好處。當然不能空口講白話，必須有事實加以證明。 最理想就是能夠“展示”過去的成就。例如你曾為以往的公司設計網頁，並得過獎項或讚揚。但當然，這些例子都必須與現在公司的業務性質有關。
職位愈高，自我認識就愈重要，應將個人的成敗得失，盡錄在日記中。這樣，就可以時刻都清楚自己的弱點與強項。
投其所好
清楚自己的強項後，便可以開始預備自我介紹的內容：包括工作模式、優點、技能，突出成就、專業知識、學術背景等。

鋪排次序

身體語言
