外企面試，對英語是有需求的，但英語並不是重點，最重要的還是在公司的工作能力。但是在面試求職之前要做好應對準備，例如一份英語的自我介紹，還是很有必要的。面試時最重要的部分是談你的experience and qualifications。qualification包括你所受過的教育和培訓，而experience就是你曾經做過的、與你要申請的工作有直接或間接關係的工作經歷。另外，針對你所在的外企行業，不同的銷售行業根據面對的客戶群體的不同而有差異，下面介紹一些英語面試常用句型。
1、上午好/下午好/晚上好!我的名叫……。今天有機會進行自我介紹深感榮幸。我樂意回答你們所提出來的任何問題。我希望我今天能表現的非常出色。
2、i am ?years old, born in province/beijing, northeast/southeast/southwest…… of china, and i am currently a freshman(大一新生)/sophomore(大二學生)/junior(大三學生)/senior(大四學生) student at capital institute of physical education.
我今年……歲，出生在……省/北京，它位於中國的東北/東南/西南……等部。我目前是首都體育學院大一/大二/大三/大四的學生。
3、 my major is sports training of basketball/voellyball/football/badminton/pingbang/tennis/
我主修籃球/排球/足球/羽毛球/桌球/網球/田徑/游泳/跆拳道等運動訓練專業。在我畢業以後，我將會獲得學士學位。

當談你受的教育時，可別忘了提起你參加過的培訓、得過的證書和選過的一些和這份工作有關的課程。例如你要應聘國際貿易類的工作就一定要提correspondence courses, bec certificate等等。如果你的工作要求你用英語溝通的話，你還得特別提到你英語的嫻熟程度或告訴對方你是如何在這方面做努力的。同樣對於使用其他語言的工作也是如此。
一分鐘談一項內容
自我介紹的時間一般為3分鐘，在時間的分配上，第一分鐘可談談學歷等個人基本情況，第二分鐘可談談工作經歷，對於應屆畢業生而言可談相關的社會實踐，第三分鐘可談對本職位的理想和對於本行業的看法。如果自我介紹要求在1分鐘內完成，自我介紹就要有所側重，突出一點，不及其餘。
在實踐中，有些應聘者不了解面試自我介紹的重要性，只是簡短地介紹一下自己的姓名、身份，其後補充一些有關自己的學歷、工作經歷等情況，大約半分鐘左右就結束了自我介紹，然後望著考官，等待下面的提問，這是相當不妥的，白白浪費了一次向面試官推薦自己的寶貴機會。而另一些應聘者則試圖將自己的全部經歷都壓縮在這幾分鐘內，這也是不明智的做法。合理地安排自我介紹的時間，突出重點是首先要考慮的問題。
切勿採用“背誦”口吻
人力資源專家指出，自我介紹可以事前準備，也可以事前找些朋友做練習，但自我介紹應避免書面語言的嚴整與拘束，而應使用靈活的口頭語進行組織。切忌以背誦朗讀的口吻介紹自己，如果那樣的話，對面試官來說，將是無法忍受的。自我介紹還要注意聲線，儘量讓聲調聽來流暢自然，充滿自信。
只說與職位相關的優點
自我介紹時要投其所好擺成績，這些成績必須與現在應聘公司的業務性質有關。在面試中，你不僅要告訴考官你是多么優秀的人，更要告訴考官，你如何地適合這個工作崗位。那些與面試無關的內容，即使是你引以為榮的優點和長處，你也要忍痛捨棄。
在介紹成績時，說的次序也極為重要，應該把你最想讓面試官知道的事情放在前面，這樣的事情往往是你的得意之作，也可以讓面試官留下深刻的印象。
以說真話為前提
面試自我介紹時，要突出個人的優點和特長，你可以使用一些小技巧，比如可以介紹自己做過什麼項目來驗證具有某種能力，也可以適當引用別人的言論，如老師、朋友等的評論來支持自己的描述。但無論使用哪種小技巧，都要堅持以事實說話，少用虛詞、感嘆詞之類。自吹自擂一般是很難逃過面試官的眼睛的。至於談弱點時則要表現得坦然、樂觀、自信。
