now i will introduce myself briefly, i am 21 years old, born in heilongjiang province, northeast of china, and i am curruently a senior student at beijing xx uni.my major is packaging engineering.and i will receive my bachelor degree after my graduation in june.in the past 4 years, i spend most of my time on study, i have passed cet4/6 with a ease. and i have acquired basic knowledge of packaging and publishing both in theory and in practice. besides, i have attend

compared to developed countries such as us, unfortunately, although we have made extraordinary progress since 1978, our packaging industry are still underdeveloped, mess, unstable, the situation of employees in this field are awkard. but i have full confidence in a bright future if only our economy can keep the growth pace still

(一)實習單位介紹 實習單位：廣州鳳凰城酒店

2、實習部門：前廳禮賓部
前廳部包括：接待處、禮賓部、總機、商務中心、訂房部共五個分部門，酒店實行部門經理負責制，由前廳經理統籌安排，各分部主任或分部經理管理本部門事務，與其他部門密切配合，合作完成工作。禮賓部作為賓客迎來送往在最重要的部門之一，分設行李生和酒店代表兩個部分，由禮賓經理總體負責，下設行李生領班(3人)和行李生(11人)，酒店代表主管(1人)資深酒店代表(1人)和酒店代表(4人)。
(二)實習職位介紹
酒店代表是代表酒店在機場、火車站等出入境口岸迎送客人，及時向客人推銷酒店和宣傳酒店的形象，影響著客人對酒店的印象。酒店代表的主要任務是提供快捷妥當的服務，將客人接回酒店入住或送機送車，作為最早和最後接觸客人的酒店員工，把握每一個機會不失時機地為酒店作宣傳，爭取的客源，負責保護客人的行李和人身安全，為客人提供酒店內外設施、環境諮詢，為客人提供尊貴的禮賓服務。 二實習內容
(一)酒店代表日常工作 利用鳳凰城酒店的“千里馬酒店管理系統”查閱每天的“接機、接車服務報表”，詳細登記當天的服務需求情況並按中文、英文、日文用a3紙列印成 “signboard”，在紙後面寫上接機(車)日期、航班號、始發地、預計到達時間、人數、是否收費等信息。
2、查詢航班信息，確定時間和到達情況，報告主管進行車輛和人員安排。
3、帶齊所需物品出車，在機場(車站)最後確認航班到達時間和出口，提前到達出口處準備迎接客人。
4、接到客人，確認其身份，核對無誤之後帶其乘車回酒店，安排登記和入住事宜。
5、在禮賓部櫃檯為客人提供諮詢、暫存等禮賓服務。
(二)酒店代表的vip/大客戶接待工作 與銷售部相關人員核對當天預計抵達的vip人數和姓名。
2、準備相關物品，檢查是否有遺漏。
3、向有關部門了解客人信息，準備接待事宜。
4、視客人要求和酒店安排，與訂房部、銷售部、接待處等部門共同安排客人到站活動和酒店活動。
(三)酒店代表交易會期間工作 列印“接機接車報表”和“預抵報表”，核對接機接車報表和signboard。
2、帶齊所需物品，與機場(車站)工作人員聯繫協商接站事宜。
3、安排客人休息區域，為客人提供酒店信息諮詢等服務。
4、與酒店密切聯繫，負責機場與酒店之間的穿梭巴士的調度工作。
三.實習主要收穫和體會
