How to keep healthy!

everyone wants to have a healthy body,but how to keep healthy?i will tell you the way of keeping healthy.

first,you must eat good food everyday.you should have a balanced diet,you should eat fruit everyday,and eat more vegetables.fruit and vegetables are a good source of vitamins,minerals and fibre,they can help you grow and stay healthy.

second,you should do more sports,like running,walking and riding.they can make you stronger and stronger.

third,you must have a happy life,don't be mad at someone,don' sad!
