出國留學：非英語國家行情看漲

假設今天我們在報紙上看到房屋出租(tolease，tolet)的廣告，接下來要做的就是打電話給租屋中介(leasingagent)或是房東(landlord，landlady)確定一下有沒有房子要出租。寒暄一兩句之後，就可以直接切入正題，“doyouhaveanyapartmentsforrentrightnow”、“doyouhaveanyapartmentavailablerightnow”或是“doyoustillhaveavacancy？”(還有空的公寓嗎？)都是不錯的講法。
