一、單元綜述：
本單元重點是張大嘴巴跟老師一起讀，感受美語。練習我們的臉部肌肉，並體會美語發音的方式和技巧。
二、 美語發音：
1、4個雙元音
美語音標最大的區別在於其中的元音，過去學過的元音是單元音，但美語中所學的是雙元音

第一步把每個音發準
第二步加上聲調

美語發音的特點：儘量在口腔的後部把音發出來。

練習：he posed for a group of photo with his old fellows.
註：美語中常常對a和the進行變音，目的是為了強調

註：all不要捲舌
練習：out of sight, out of mind 眼不見，心不煩
4) how

練習: this is out-and-out power politics. 這是徹頭徹尾的強權政治
2、2個後元音

發音技巧：儘量往最里吞這個音

3、輔音t的發音

發音變化一：濁化
濁化原則1：t處在非重讀音節要濁化
如：writer, letter, better, city,
濁化原則2：t處在重讀音節不能濁化
如：italian, attack, atomic, latino, photographer
濁化對比：
italy, attic(閣樓)
atom(原子), latin, photograph
發音變化二：t在詞組中的發音變化：
練習：pick it up

發音變化三：t發音的特殊情況：
當t發的很快，就會變成n的音

發音變化五：t的音從鼻子裡出來(美音，英音都有的一種特殊情況)

1)r在單詞中的發音

原則：只有字母r存在才能捲舌
