as we know, there are many ways to learn english.
first, we must read and remember the english words and phrases, and know how to use them.
second, we should understand the grammar so that we can use english correctly.
we must know that english is very different from chinese.
third,we can speak english with classmates and friends.we can read english newspaper,listen to the radio,and watch english programmes. and as a student, we must listen to the teacher
carefully in class. we should speak and use english as often as possible, so that we can use english better.
in my oppinion, what is the most important is to practise listening, reading, speaking and writing. as the old saying says: practice makes perfect.the most effective way of learning english is to practice it.
