中保財產保險有限公司僱主責任險條款
一、責任範圍
凡被保險人所雇用的員工，在本保險有效期內，在受僱過程中，從事本保險單所載明的被保險人的業務有關工作時，遭受意外而致受傷、死亡或患與業務有關的職業性疾病，所致傷殘或死亡，被保險人根據雇用契約，須負醫藥費及經濟賠償責任，包括應支出的訴訟費用，本公司負責賠償。
上述被保險人所雇用的員工包括短期工、臨時工、季節工和徒工。
二、賠償額度
1．死亡：最高賠償額度按保單規定辦理。
2．傷殘：
a．永久喪失全部工作能力：最高賠償額度按保單規定辦理。
b．永久喪失部分工作能力：最高賠償額度按受傷部位及程度，參照本保單所附賠償金額表規定的百分率乘以保單規定的賠償額度。
c．暫時喪失工作能力超過5天的，在此期間，經醫生證明，按被僱人員的工資給予賠償。
