會談或合作相關業務和技術資料保密協定書

(三)任何一方在書面通知對方並將披露的複印件抄送對方後,可根據需要在提交任何市、省、中央或其他對接受方有管轄權或聲稱對接受方有管轄權的監管團體的任何報告、聲明或證明中披露保密資料。

第五條 爭議解決和適用法律

本協定受中華人民共和國法律管轄並按中華人民共和國法律解釋。對因本協定或本協定各方的權利和義務而發生的或與之有關的任何事項和爭議、訴訟或程式,本協定雙方不可撤銷地接受中華人民共和國法院的管轄。

第六條 協定有效期
