下面我就從以下幾方面具體的講一講：
一、班級幼兒現狀及分析
（1）現在剛開學兩個月，我想放了一個暑假，有的孩子可能還不能很快的適應過來。相信開學的這兩個月，孩子們已經明顯地適應幼稚園生活。本學期又新增添幾名新生，剛開學時這些孩子的情緒可能會不怎么穩定，經過一些時間的適應，我們已經看到孩子們能高高興興地上幼稚園，還能主動向老師問好，孩子們會慢慢的有些成長的表現。當然這與家長的努力是分不開的
（2）本學期是中班的第一學期，我們準備以養成孩子良好的生活常規和良好的學習習慣為我們工作的主要目標。為孩子的學習和生活打下良好的基礎。在教學活動中充分調動孩子的積極性，讓孩子保持濃厚興趣。中班的課程主要開展了英語、語言、數學、音樂、安全健康、科學以及兒歌識字漢字書寫。
（3）教育工作的配合
在課程的實施過程中需要家長配合的實在很多。比如：發的新書要寫上幼兒名字，有時需要帶物品、幫助孩子完成調查表或者幫助孩子輔助作業等等，這些都需要您的配合，因為您的積極配合是我們活動開展的關鍵，也是孩子獲得發展的重要因素。在這裡特別講一下家長對孩子作業輔助這一塊，老師在幼稚園里教授幼兒知識，希望家長回家及時進行輔導進行鞏固。那樣更能增強幼兒對學習內容的吸收。我們中班孩子的程度不是同等的存在有年齡上的大小差別，所以在進行漢字書寫的學習過程中，有些幼兒相對掌握的比較快，而有些幼兒學起來則非常費勁，但是這些進度慢的家長不要圖一時心急，寶寶年齡不同，接受知識傳播的速度也不同，因此任何事都有個循序漸進，我希望家長回家後多輔導，多點耐心，希望家長們在以後的工作中能支持並配合我們的工作。
二、生活方面：
進餐：現在有的孩子已經能夠自己獨立進餐，不需要老師餵；但有的仍然需要老師喂，希望在這學期能有所進步。能學會獨立進餐。但也有部分孩子雖然是自己進餐，但是進餐習慣不好，有的孩子拿勺的方法不正確，特別是新來的孩子，有的孩子邊吃飯邊講話等。因為孩子是很情緒化的，有的時候情緒好或是喜歡吃今天的菜，那么有可能就完全不需要老師的提醒，就可以自己獨立進餐；但如果孩子挑食，今天的菜他不是很喜歡，那么就需要老師的幫助了。有的孩子會講條件：比如說：“老師幫我少添點；老師我吃不完或只吃一半。
”這樣的情況。如果遷就她的話，那么怎樣保證她的飯量呢？強迫她吃的話，又如何照顧她的情緒呢？我們的方法是：鼓勵為主，所以有很多孩子都能在老師的鼓勵下高高興興地把飯吃完。那我為什麼在這裡要特別提出這件事，是因為我們老師每天都希望能保證孩子能攝取到充足均衡的營養，那么我希望在家裡家長也能夠堅持，不遷就孩子、不包辦代替，讓孩子養成不挑食、自己進餐的好習慣。很多家長都希望自己的孩子身體能夠長好，在幼稚園能多吃一點、吃好一點，我們是這樣在做，那么如果在家裡也這樣堅持的話，我相信孩子的身體是絕對能夠長好的
三、培養孩子生活自理能力方面的問題。
逐漸開始轉涼了，孩子們的衣服也開始穿的多了起來。可是，我經常會發現，午睡起床時不是這個孩子不會穿衣服就是那個孩子鞋子穿反了。我覺得教育孩子參加家務勞動，幫助他們成為有責任感、愛勞動的人是很有必要的：我們可以讓幼兒做力所能及的事情：如自己穿衣服、穿鞋子，收拾玩具、整理自己的房間‘讓他們先做簡單的事，這樣孩子才有信心去完成。參加勞動，既是學習的過程又是鍛鍊的過程，
在這個過程中和會有成功和失敗。學習力所能及的事情自己做提高責任感。如果孩子沒有完成分配給他的家務活，比如飯前的準備工作，你可以對他說：“要是你收拾好了桌子我們就可以開飯了。”慢慢的孩子就會意識到其行為所產生的好壞不同的效果。這樣就懂得了自己在家中的作用和責任了。不要用零食、玩具、金錢作為對孩子從事家務勞動或其他成績的獎勵。就好比幼兒在園用餐前，教師都會要求：小嘴巴不講話，小手放背後。在孩子們有安靜的情況下在進行用餐。如果幼兒很吵鬧的情況下依然進餐。那樣的氛圍會影響幼兒的用餐質量。
特別是有時飯菜比較燙手的情況下有些調皮的孩子會故意去觸摸或挪動，這時我們老師會對幼兒進行批評教育，但是有些調皮的孩子會藉機說老師不讓吃飯或其他之類的理由給家長匯報，這時作為我們老師就非常的委屈，不過這只是其少的現象，其實我們批評教育完全是為了保障孩子的安全。希望有些家長能夠理解老師的良苦用心。在家裡多給幼兒講解安全小常識。
四、下面講一下現在孩子存在的幾個問題：
（1）孩子不會珍惜時間
孩子不會珍惜時間，這和家長對孩子的嬌慣有很大的關係。有的孩子晚上不睡早上不起，每天早上要爸爸媽媽或爺爺奶奶一遍又一遍的叫，反正爸爸媽媽會幫忙穿衣服，穿鞋子，疊被子。覺得上學遲到沒什麼，這樣不利於培養孩子的時間觀念，也助長了孩子依賴父母的習慣。不要覺得孩子還小“樹大自然直”，對孩子做事少聞少問，正確的行為不鼓勵強化，錯誤的行為沒有堅決制止，時間長了，問題就會越來越突出，好習慣沒有養成，卻形成了許多壞習慣。在家要配合幼稚園培養幼兒的好的、科學的作息習慣，樹立孩子的時間觀念培養孩子做事專一，抓緊時間的習慣。讓孩子早睡早起，有充分的睡眠。
（2）有些孩子愛發脾氣。

（3）個別孩子坐不住。

（6）望家長在孩子面前樹立老師的良好形象：這一條說出來好象是一件小事，但是我希望能引起家長的重視。家長在與孩子交流時應該樹立老師的正面形象。我這樣說可能有點抽象，那么我舉一個例子：如果孩子在家裡表現不好，或是犯了錯時，有些家長可能會說：“你不乖的話，我去告訴老師，讓老師來批評你。”以我們的經驗總結出家長比較喜歡問孩子的問題是：“你最喜歡哪個老師？哪個老師最好？哪個老師最凶？”家長既然給孩子提出了老師有好有壞、有凶有善、有喜歡的有不喜歡的，那么你的孩子肯定會按照你的思路去回答，他就必須選出最凶的，一個他最喜歡的，一個最好的可能說出的這三個人都是同一個老師。

經過一年多的一線工作經歷，我深刻的體會了“紙上得來終覺淺，絕知此事要躬行”這一道理。對礦井的採煤工藝有了初步的認識，對自己所學的通風專業知識有了更深刻的理解，對井下現場工作的流程與方法都有較大的進步。
(一)理論知識
自從我在綜采一隊參加工作後，我隊相繼開採過8106、93312、北三煤柱、94302、152307等工作面，在區隊技術人員的指導下，對各個工作面的《綜采工作面回採作業規程》有了深刻的理解，熟悉了採煤工作面的工藝流程，及“一通三防”事故預防的措施。我對一線採掘技術有了具體化的認識。對自己所學習過的通風系統、採煤工藝、機電運輸、一通三防等專業知識有了更加清楚的認識和理解。
①採煤工藝的認識與學習
經過一年的工作經歷，對採煤工藝中的：破煤、裝煤、運煤、頂板支護和採空區處理這五個方面更加的熟悉。了解了綜采工作面是如何靠割煤機把煤破碎下來;如何把破下來的煤裝進刮板輸送機再通過轉載機把煤運到皮帶上，然後運輸上井;如何用自移式液壓支架對工作面進行超前支護;以及如何對採空區進行處理。對處理一般機電事故的處理都有了很大的認識。
②通風專業知識的實踐與套用
在工作的同時，通過與老師傅的教導、蹲點瓦監工的溝通、自己的摸索，對工作面的通風系統也有了更深的認識。
1. 採煤工作面通風系統
152307工作面採用兩進一回式通風，1523073軌道巷和1523071皮帶巷為進風巷，1523073為專用迴風巷。採用三條平巷布置，該通風系統可有利於緩解上隅角瓦斯積聚和減少巷道的摩擦阻力，減少風流能量損失。
2. 機尾迴風通路的支護
1523073軌道巷和1523072迴風巷之間每隔70m之間有一個聯絡橫川，為保護機尾迴風通路的暢通，支護機尾迴風通路採用支設“#”字形木垛配合打木戧柱的方式來保證迴風通路的通風斷面。
後來由於礦組織在軌道巷進行切頂實驗減小迴風通路和1523072巷的頂板壓力，提前在軌道巷預裂爆破，當推過第一個預裂爆破眼32米，根據現場情況觀察，由於切頂爆破，造成頂板破碎，對實施打木垛的支護方式，帶來一定的危險性，因此需對此支護方式進行修改。在機尾121#架後每隔淨距離0.6米打一排(兩根)木點柱。此工程是試驗階段，為了安全起見，在打木點柱支護的同時，適當增打木垛支護，用來保證通風暢通。
另在每個聯絡橫川進入超前支護範圍內後，要提前在橫川口支設“#”字形木垛，局部橫川口破碎地段要在木垛前增打木點柱加強支護，所打木點柱要栓牢固，所打木垛數量可根據現場橫川口的寬度而定。回採期間要經常巡查工作面各橫川密閉及臨時風門，發現有漏風現象要及時通知通風區進行處理。
3. 預防瓦斯超限措施
a. 機頭懸掛風障不得小於5個架，防止瓦斯流入老山，造成有效風流流失;
b. 採煤過程中，當上隅角瓦斯異常增大時，要停機閉鎖，等瓦斯下降後方可動機組;
c. 當頂板破碎嚴重，老山大量垮落時，老空區瓦斯大量湧出，注意上隅角瓦斯探頭報警;
d. 當工作面迴風風流中瓦斯濃度達到1%或二氧化碳濃度達到1.5%時，必須立即停止工作、撤出人員，並向礦調度和通風調度匯報;
e. 當採煤工作面距離下一個橫川還剩10m時，下一橫川還未打開時，迴風通路不是很暢通時，上隅角瓦斯容易積聚，注意瓦斯超限;
f. 工作面必須有專人看護瓦斯探頭。
(二)現場操作
在一年的工作時間裡，對井下採煤工作面的各個崗位工作都有了基本的認識，逐漸掌握了一些操作知識和技能，現在已經能獨立完成一些工作。比如清煤、看電纜、等，並且能夠幫助、配合端頭工進行端頭的維護工作。上半年通過對各個崗位的學習和磨練，在崗位資格證的考試當中已經取得了採煤工、控制台司機、輸送機司機和井下水泵工等工種崗位的資格證，並獨立上崗。
在工作的同時，也學到了很多處理特別情況的辦法。在皮帶司機崗位，在保證自己安全的前提下，處理大塊矸堵機頭、皮帶跑偏、皮帶打滑等問題;對在工作面頂班的維護和底鼓嚴重時對底板的起底工作等;在有機電事故時也能積極的協助維護工完成對事故的處理。
(三)其它方面
認真學習集團公司、礦大力推進的“煤礦安全質量標準化”，區隊也制定的“崗位標準”，並熟悉了自己所在崗位應該如何做，達到什麼樣的標準。並能夠做到“乾標準活，上標準崗”。積極主動的配合全隊進行“安全質量標準化”的建設工作，為區隊取得“安全質量標準化”最優單位的榮譽稱號做出了貢獻。
古書院礦正處於轉型跨越發展的重要時期，各條戰線都急需人才。我作為一名礦井通風與安全專業的畢業生，在平時工作當中我虛心向技術員及老工人師傅們學習請教，同時我也將自己所學到和掌握的專業理論知識毫無保留的與其他員工交流，更好的發揮我礦“傳、幫、帶”活動的作用。
三、按章作業，保證安全
我認真學習了我隊“2.24”工傷事故，吸取事故教訓。並貫徹領導“煤礦安全無小事”的重要講話，嚴格按章作業，以自身的實際行動來為我礦的安全生產添磚加瓦。一年中我加強對《煤礦安全規程》、《操作規程》、《作業規程》的學習;及時學習礦安全簡報、督查通報和事故通報，吸取事故教訓，舉一反三;嚴格要求自己，規範操作，杜絕違章，夯實了安全生產的基礎。我還積極參加集團公司、礦、區隊的日常安全活動和各項專題安全活動。通過日常安全活動的參加，認真學習安全生產的方針政策、上級的規定指示和要求， 認真學習上級下發的各種安全檔案安全簡報和事故通報，認真學習相關規程和制度，我找到了許多工作中的不足，安全意識也得到了很大的提高。
