4、艷君，物流的新同學。（2分13）聲音洪亮有底氣。同時強調三點，（1）學習的經歷和能力，用三年獎學金和採購師培訓做例子；（2）工作執行能力，班歌的創作和物流協會的運作。

5、麗勤。（1分21）三點：（1）適應能力。強調在多家公司實習的經歷以證明適應能力強。
（2）學習能力。三年獎學金，學習了一年韓語就去考證，但成績未知沒有提及。（3）數字思維能力，強調數學成績的優異。普遍感覺麗勤自我介紹時有點像好朋友在聊天，感覺比較口語化，出現較多“然後”，建議是，做自己，自然就好。韓語考試的經歷不太適合因為只是去考試但成績未知。同時，要看自己應聘什麼公司是何職位以決定是否需要相應的能力陳述以及調整能力的陳述次序。若需要強調數字分析和邏輯思維，則需要把第三點提前講並深化。若做秘書，則因相關性較低，可刪除。

8、柔娜。（第一次：50秒；第二次1分48）第一次：（1）名字介紹。（2）性格，說自己雖然平凡但最求卓越。（3）三年獎學金，同時參加了跨省跨市的三下鄉活動，結束。最短的自我介紹。普遍感覺太短，意猶未盡。例子需要拓展。第二次：特彆強調去河南三下鄉社會實踐的例子，說到生活的苦楚，能力的提升。有出現數字（8000元的贊助）。眾人給的建議是，例子稍微冗長。但也接近於獨特例子，若使用，對於重視慈善事業的大型公司可能會比較吃香，但需要冒點風險。
9、阿德。求職意向：銀行。（1分49）介紹名字時有講到深圳的深，道德的德。（建鑾給的建議是與深圳雙選聯繫起來）講到國貿專業時如下陳述：我學的是國貿專業，這個專業比較泛，什麼都需要學，我們除了學習國際貿易外，還需要學習金融方面的知識，因此我對銀行方面的知識是很熟悉的。（類似的描述）這一點大家都覺得很好，扣題了，與銀行掛上了鉤，強調具備銀行方面的知識。同時，由於國企重視學習，校園和社會實踐，因此在接下來的陳述中，阿德講到了自己學生幹部、校園和社會實踐經歷等以達到與銀行對人才需求的契合。大家的感覺是在講出簡歷的東西。（在此引發一個問題：HR在聽你自我介紹時是否已經接觸過你的簡歷？大家的回答是：你在自我介紹時，HR同時在看你的簡歷，因此你需要強調重點，有數字當然最好）
