根據國家有關法律、法規和有關規定，甲、乙雙方在平等自願的基礎上，經友好協商一致，就甲方將其合法擁有的房屋出租給乙方使用，乙方承租使用甲方房屋事宜，訂立本契約。

四、 租金 rental

3. 如乙方逾期支付租金超過十天，則每天以月租金的0.5％支付滯納金；如乙方逾期支付租金超過十五天，則視為乙方自動退租，構成違約，甲方有權收回房屋，並追究乙方違約責任。
