弱點(weaknesses)
你認為你自身需要改進的地方，無論是工作習慣，還是專業知識，或是交流能力，等等。任何一個潛在的弱點必須附有能使之轉變為一種潛在能力的積極有效的方法。(areas that you perceive that you need improvement in，whether it be work habits，business knowledge，communication，etc. any potential weakness must be spun into a positive answer which converts it into a potential strength.)例如：
我有時對自己要求過於嚴格。(i tend to drive myself too hard.)
我對別人的能力期望過高。(i expect others to perform beyond their capacities.)
我喜歡速戰速決。(i like to see a job done quickly.)
