昨天一個朋友告訴我他剛剛到一個外企參加了英文 面試 ，但是由於預先沒有準備好，一開始就慌不擇言，不知道說什麼好。要我幫他理理思路，我試著給他支一招，大家也看看，或許有點用。
到外企 面試 ，有三個問題是被公認的高頻問題，他們分別是：
問題1：why are you interested in working with this company?
問題2：why should i hire you?
問題3：tell me about yourself
我覺得這三個問題其實可以一攬子解決，做好準備是可以以一當三的，我們先來看第一個問題：“why are you interested in working with this company?”
事實上考官問這樣的問題希望聽到的不完全是你對這個公司的的了解——雖然這很重要，他們更希望聽到的是你對自己的定位，因為——什麼樣的人選擇什麼樣的公司，什麼樣的公司也選擇什麼樣的人。所以 面試 之前通過各種渠道對這個公司的歷史、管理模式、商業模式、公司文化以及自己所應聘的職位在整個公司架構中的位置都應當有一個比較明晰的了解。你的回答可以從如下思路展開：
part1.你對公司的了解：
i know that yours is a company that dealing with...
the culture of your company emphasis a lot on ...
this position you provide/ i am applying for requires…
part 2.你對自己能力、資歷的陳述：
my major in the university is ...
i am experienced in..
i am skillful in…
when i was with x company, i finished some real hard programs by leading/ cooperating with…,
i can remember that ... but i conquered it at last..., which helped me built the sense of cooperation...
i am in good shape both mentally and physically, so i can go above and beyond the job description
part3.你的信心：
what i have got could perfectly meet your requirement, i think i might be the man you are looking for.
問題2："why should i hire you?"
問題3："tell me about yourself"
如果你對問題一做了充分的準備，已經可以輕鬆應對，那么在面對問題2和3的時候你所要做的就非常簡單了，你只需要講出你全部答案的縮減版，也就是part2和part 3即可。這樣的回答也許仍然不能讓你從諸多競爭者中脫穎而出被區別開來，所以你更加需要的是在語言的內容上下一點功夫，故事總是比講空話更容易打動人心。建議你用生動的故事來說明自己的特點，這個特點可以是勤奮、可以是善於思考、可以是善於合作、也可以是全局觀念，總之，一個與眾不同的故事的講述勝過100句乾癟的廢話，它可以很快將你與別人區分開來。come on,包裝你的故事,說出你的故事吧。
