中國太平洋保險公司機器損壞險條款
一、責任範圍
在本保險期內，若本保險單明細表中列明的被保險機器及附屬設備因下列原因引起構成突然的、不可預料的意外事故造成的物質損壞或滅失（以下簡稱“損失”），本公司按本保險單的規定負責賠償。
（一）設計、製造或安裝錯誤、鑄造和原材料缺陷；
（二）工人、技術人員操作錯誤、缺乏經驗、技術不善、疏忽、過失、惡意行為；
（三）離心力引起的斷裂；
（四）超負荷、超電壓、碰線、電弧、漏電、短路、大氣放電、感應電及其他電氣原因；
（五）除本條款中“二、除外責任”規定以外的其他原因。
二、除外責任
本公司對由於下列原因直接或間接引起的損失、費用和責任不負責賠償；
（一）機器設備運行必然引起的後果，如自然磨損、氧化、腐蝕、孔蝕、鍋垢等物理性變化或化學反應；
（二）各種傳送帶、纜繩、金屬線、鏈條、輪胎、可調換或替代的鑽頭、鑽桿、刀具、印刷滾筒、套筒、活動管道、玻璃磁、陶及鋼篩、網篩、毛氈製品、一切操作中的媒介物（如潤滑油、燃料、催化劑等）及其他各種易損、易耗品；
