為確立雙方的勞動關係，明確雙方的權利和義務，甲乙雙方根據《勞動法》、《勞動契約法》等法律、法規、規章的規定，經雙方平等協商，自願同意簽訂本勞動契約，並共同遵守本契約所列條款：
