四、總結
以上是沿貿易導向和福利導向介紹了到目前為止量化技術性貿易壁壘本身和與之聯繫較為緊密的一些分析方法以及採用這些方法的主要研究成果，評價了這些方法的有效性和不足。由於技術性貿易壁壘對國民經濟的影響可能遠大於單純對貿易的影響，所以從福利角度進行研究更有說服力。為了全面有效地分析其影響效果，需要從以下方面進行綜合分析：對進出口國貿易流量的影響；對國內外企業生產成本的影響；對第三市場競爭力的影響；消費者的反應等。價格差/關稅等價率法、存量指標（如標準數等）法以及調研數據法是常用的量化技術性貿易壁壘本身的方法，當然這些方法還需進一步改進。把它們和引力模型相結合的方法比較適合於研究技術性貿易壁壘對貿易流量影響；而把它們和局部均衡模型或一般均衡模型相結合的方法是目前研究技術性貿易壁壘對社會福利影響比較有拓展潛力的方法。
