教學反思一：用英語組織教學
本學期自開學以來，我在課堂上儘量使用簡單的英語組織教學。無論課上時師生相互打招呼問候、道別，或是教師發指令讓學生活動等，都用英語來說。到目前為止，已有多數學生已經接受簡單語句的說法，並逐步學會了其說法。這樣做有助於創造英語氣氛，學生的學習積極性會更高，可以幫助學生通過英語直接理解教學內容的意思，養成用英語思維的習慣。當然必要時也可適當的利用母語。例如用英語難以理解的，較抽象的詞句就可以用英語解釋，以節省教學時間。對於特殊的英語表達方式，也可作英語與母語對比，以加深理解，便於記憶。例如Good morning/afternoon/evening等的漢譯是“早上/下午/晚上好!”但是英語裡必需是Good 在前的順序。
教學反思二：鼓勵
我在課堂上，當學生正確回答問題時，我常常進行鼓勵，這是幫助初學者克服英語學習的良好方法。而且任何鼓勵都會使兒童感到高興。我在課堂上大膽使用鼓勵，可以鼓勵全班，也可鼓勵某一小組或某一學生。學生在開展個人活動、小組活動時，可以到學生中間去，鼓勵和幫助某一個學生、某兩個學生、或某一組學生，這種做法是比較好的。
對學生的書面作業，我也經常給予鼓勵，不僅可以寫上“Good ! Very good!”等，還可以貼上一張表示鼓勵的小貼上畫。對於學生書面作業中的錯誤應給予糾正，讓學生感到你在意他們的書面作業。

學習英語一個重要的目的是運用英語進行交際，兩人之間的交際是活動的重要形式，因此，語言訓練中應經常開展兩人活動。

Step 3：Presentation
